We offer various watch services depending on the brand of your watch and the maintenance required. Watch services include but are not limited to: battery testing and replacement, adding and removing links and installing new straps.

Appraisals are often done for the purpose of obtaining insurance coverage in case of loss, damage or theft. As your jeweler, we recommend that you have your jewelry routinely inspected and your appraisals rewritten every 2-3 years to ensure they are maintaining current market value. Jackson Grey Jewelers cleans, inspects prongs, links and closures to help prevent any loss, along with providing detailed emailed report for your records.

Our expert pearl and bead stringer will treat your family heirloom with all the delicacy and trust you expect. We repair any style of necklace or bracelet, graduated or multi-strands.

Engraving is also available by our Master Hand Engraver. The artist utilizes old-world techniques to create a truly authentic style of personalization.
