About Jackson Grey Jewelers

Established in 2014, Jackson Grey Jewelers prides itself on offering the highest quality custom designed jewelry, diamonds and in-house repairs.

By having an in-house studio and full-time craftsman we are more than capable of handling any type of jewelry repair while providing you the comfort in knowing that your items remain on-sight rather than being sent out. Our mission is to assist you in finding the perfect item for all of your jewelry needs. With over 30 years in the industry our business is built on the relationships we have developed and the trust we have gained from our clients. We are proud to be your local jeweler!

Chad Verhoff

Owner and Master Jeweler

Chad has more than 30 years experience in the jewelry industry with an emphasis on custom design, repairs and antique restoration. His passion for jewelry started at the age of 14 and has taken him to Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles and San Francisco to train under the nation’s best jewelers. Moving to Cleveland in 1997 he worked for several jewelers, and in 2014 he opened Jackson Grey Jewelers as a place where he can focus on designing jewelry for people looking for a unique and one of a kind piece. Along with being a husband and father of 3, he has a passion for anything outdoors.

Alex Morrison

Jeweler and Metalsmith

Alex found an interest in the jewelry field when she attended the University of Akron.

She began learning classic metalsmithing techniques and blended that with the historical practices of jewelry making. She brings an enthusiastic energy to Jackson Grey and helps keep the shop work running smoothly.  While working at the bench doing repairs and assisting in custom projects, Alex is also responsible for overseeing our social media.  When not working on jewelry Alex loves checking out local breweries and is in the process of restoring her century home.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

We envision a jewelry industry where a beautiful product does not bear a human or environmental toll

Jackson Grey is a member of Ethical Metal Smiths, meaning we do everything we can to utilize high-quality and sustainable materials in our designs. Ethical Metalsmiths has pioneered and widely shared the Radical Jewelry Makeover - a collaborative effort between makers and market to bring awareness to recycled metals and gemstones. If you are interested in repurposing unwanted jewelry into a new piece, feel free to contact us to find out how.
